Justin + Jaymie : Wedding

September 25, 2008

What an amazing couple…as you can see from their photos, these two are so full of love and laughter, it was absolutely contagious!  We had a bit of every emotion on this day…from teary eyes (mainly Justin ;)), to kooky and zany and everything in between.  A beautiful Cathedral ceremony was followed by some fun bridal party images and a super crazy reception at the Great Northern.  Jaymie’s Irish dancers performed during dinner (they were awesome!) and an insane DJ entertained like a circus act–complete with red jacket, wacky hat, and a tambourine?!?!?!  The themes of the day were military mixed with coastal (Justin and Jaymie are from opposite sides of the country, one from each coast), so we had some cool saber stuff and fun beachy decor, too!  Thank you for including us in your celebration, Justin and Jaymie.  You both rock!!!!

Awww, lil’ Miss Macy

It’s time to start thinking of the Christmas season, folks!  My wheels are turning thinking about what specials to offer this year.  I know you love holiday cards, so we need to include those.  Last year the mini-session/card combo worked well.  Any other suggestions or ideas?  If so please leave a comment here as to what you’d like us to offer this year.

Now is the time to get on the calendar to ensure you’ll have plenty of time for your session and to get your portraits, handbags, and jewelry in time for gift giving.

Nicky Todorovich: Once you have a Holiday Special Package put together please let me know. We would be available on Nov. 3, 4, 5. Talk to you soon.

Miss Tess

September 10, 2008

Oh, my. I had such fun with little Miss Tess running around the alfalfa field in her pettiskirt! After much ado trying to schedule the perfect timing with the flowering of the alfalfa, we said heck with it and went ahead without all the purple flowers. And you know, I don’t think these could’ve been any more perfect! Tess was a doll, not at all shy (as you can see!) and let me chase her around the field while she played and danced–and we all were being eaten alive by mosquitos! Is she precious, or what????

Sammy Oxendahl: Hey,Hey!! What a little dolly! Love images 2 and 5?! I think image 6 would make a great Christmas card with the tag line "Wishing you a Merry Christmas" don't you think?
